Everything you need to know about PodDojo.
Getting Started
What is PodDojo?
PodDojo is a white-label podcast management platform. Each show gets its own branded site — custom colours, fonts, and subdomain — plus AI-powered content tools, a guest pipeline, a merch shop, and analytics. Everything you need to run a professional podcast is in one place, and your audience only ever sees your brand.
How do I create my podcast site?
Sign up for an account, then run through the show creation wizard. You'll set your show name, upload a logo, pick your colour palette, and connect any integrations you want. Your show site goes live at yourshow.poddojo.com in minutes — no developer required.
How long does setup take?
Most shows are up and running in under 30 minutes. The setup wizard walks you through every step: branding, integrations, team members, and your first episode. If you're importing a back catalogue from Libsyn, that can take a little longer depending on how many episodes you have.
Can I import my existing podcast?
Yes. PodDojo integrates with Libsyn for episode imports, and RSS-based import is on the roadmap. If your current host supports RSS export, you'll be able to bring your back catalogue across without starting from scratch.
Features
How does AI content generation work?
Upload your episode transcript after recording, and PodDojo's AI pipeline generates show notes, blog articles, and social media posts tailored to your show's voice and topic. No prompt engineering, no blank pages. You review, edit if needed, and publish. The whole process takes minutes instead of hours.
What integrations are supported?
PodDojo currently integrates with Libsyn (episode hosting and syndication), Ayrshare (social post scheduling), Riverside (remote recording), and Firecrawl (web research for guest prep). We're adding more integrations based on what our users actually need — let us know what you're using.
Can I sell merchandise from my show?
Yes, on Pro and Enterprise plans. PodDojo includes a built-in merch shop powered by Stripe Connect, integrated directly into your show's site. You manage your products; we handle the checkout and order management. No third-party storefront required.
How does the guest pipeline work?
The guest pipeline lets you manage the full lifecycle of a guest — from initial outreach and vetting, through booking and prep, to post-episode follow-up. Each guest record holds their bio, social links, topic notes, and a log of all interactions. On Pro and Enterprise plans, you can customise the pipeline stages to match your workflow.
Billing
What plans are available?
We offer three plans. Starter ($29/mo) is perfect for independent podcasters: 4 episodes/month, AI show notes, 1 blog article per episode, social post generation, and basic analytics. Pro ($79/mo) adds 12 episodes/month, scheduling, a merch shop, full analytics, 3 team members, and a custom guest pipeline. Enterprise offers custom limits, analytics export, custom domain, a dedicated account manager, and SLA support — pricing on request.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Plan changes are handled through the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible from your show's billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I cancel?
Your show automatically reverts to Starter tier limits at the end of your billing period. Your data — episodes, articles, guest records, everything — stays intact. There's no lock-in and no data deletion. You can export your content at any time.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. All plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You'll have full access to every feature in your chosen plan during the trial. At the end of the trial, you can subscribe or cancel — no questions asked.
Technical
Can I use a custom domain?
Custom domains (e.g. podcast.yoursite.com) are available on the Enterprise plan. All Starter and Pro shows get a subdomain at yourshow.poddojo.com at no extra charge. To discuss a custom domain setup, reach out at hello@makemorecreative.com.
Who owns my data?
You do. Always. Your episodes, your articles, your guest records, your audience data — it all belongs to you. PodDojo does not sell your data or use your content to train AI models. You can export everything at any time, and if you ever leave, your data comes with you.
Is my content backed up?
Yes. PodDojo runs on Supabase, which provides automated daily backups with point-in-time recovery. Your data is stored securely and redundantly. We also recommend keeping your own local copies of original audio and transcripts as a best practice.
What's your uptime guarantee?
We target 99.9% uptime. PodDojo is built on Supabase and deployed on infrastructure with redundancy built in. Enterprise plans include a formal SLA. If there's ever a service disruption, we'll communicate status updates promptly and post a full post-mortem.
